This is a deeply personal commitment shaped by both professional experience and lived understanding. What truly sets this approach apart is the journey that led Julie here. Following her son’s diagnosis on the Autism Spectrum, she navigated the NDIS system firsthand. Through this experience came a deep understanding of the emotional realities many families face, uncertainty, overwhelm, exhaustion, and moments of grief, alongside growth, resilience, and purpose.

It was this combination of professional knowledge and personal experience that inspired the creation of AccessPlus Solutions.

Today, that foundation continues to shape the way Support Coordination is delivered. Ensuring that every participant and family feels genuinely supported, understood, and empowered. The focus remains on providing a compassionate, person-centred approach, grounded in real understanding, and committed to achieving practical, meaningful outcomes that enhance independence and quality of life.

Our vision is to support people with disability to live meaningful, independent, and connected lives through the delivery of holistic, person-centered supports that promote choice and control, dignity, inclusion, and long-term wellbeing.

Through high-quality and responsive service delivery, we aim to support participants to achieve their individual goals, build capacity, and maximise their full potential.
